I have to say that this was absolutely the smoothest and most effortless experience that I've had. The entire process went exactly as Dee explained it should and she was everything that you would want in an agent! Not only was she timely, responsive and always professional, she has made me feel as though we were family but she can now most definitely be considered as a friend. I would recommend using Dee Johnson, especially if you are a new buyer that's not too familiar with the process of purchasing a home. In this crazy Bay Area market (especially during COVID), she and I spent almost a year looking for a house; she was very patient, understanding, forthright, knowledgeable, flexible, and pleasant. She made helpful suggestions and had other resources available (for example, other lender choices). After a long search, and multiple offers, I was finally able to close on a home this month. I appreciate, her time and hard work, and would strongly consider using her services again.
