I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1977 so I've been through every market cycle, except the Pandemic, over the years. I am a determined problem solver and always look for "work arounds" to overcome obstacles and get escrows closed! I'm a graduate of UCLA and am active in the Bruin Professionals alumni organization with hundreds of members throughout Southern California.
