He always picks up his phone and answers his texts and emails. - He's prompt. This goes for everything: paperwork, calling other agents, getting you the answers you need, viewings, etc. - He's patient. I never felt pressured to make an offer. Even after 3 months of viewing homes, He was still willing to see more with me. - He's honest. He told me his honest opinion about some of the properties I showed interest in. He pointed out things I would never have noticed and gave me solid advice. He really wanted me to find the perfect place & I finally did! We used Vic to sell our condo in Woodland Hills, California and it was such an easy experience. He gave me a lot of good, honest information about the selling process and always kept us informed during that process. Vic gave us realistic expectations about pricing, timelines, procedures, inspections, and anything else we had questions about. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of the field and really helped us make informed decisions from the first time we met with him until the close of escrow. He even followed up with us after escrow had closed to make sure we knew that it had (before the escrow company had contacted us). Vic was also very easy to get a hold of.
