Kay was absolutely wonderful. She guided and advised me every inch of the way through the entire sale process. Without such expert guidance, I clearly would have made some big mistakes. She fought tenaciously through all areas of resistance and represented my interests (to the buyer and others) with great loyalty, as if I were her purpose in life. I'm still excited about the conclusion of the sale and would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to represent others in buying or selling a property. I wanted to move my aging parents from east coast to San Diego so I can look after them. Because they are older and quite set in their own ways, consequently we had a lot of requirements: close proximity to my house, low maintenance, one story, plenty of sun shine and move-in ready. Kay met my parents, took the time to understand their needs and took us to a lot of showings in the two weeks my parents visited San Diego. Because Kay is so knowledgeable about the area, she recommended a condo in a nearby 55+ community, and it turned out to be exactly what my parents are looking for! Afterwards in the entire real estate transaction, Kay is professional and extremely efficient. Every question is answered within the hour and all documents are organized for e-signature. When seller is not willing to fix some of the problems our inspector found, Kay took her own time and effort to fix the items for my parents. It is amazing what a warm and kind person Kay is!
