Brian is the reason I am living my dream--waterfront property. I have bought several homes, and usually all goes well, because I normally pay cash, and am flexible. For some reason, this purchase was fraught with issues, and it took 6 offers on 3 properties. I relocated here, and the process was stressful and frustrating. When I fell in love with a home that I could not pay cash for, i never believed I could get a loan. I can only tell you that if you use any other agent, you are missing out on a fantastic experience with a GREAT guy who sold our house DAY ONE of the listing and on top of that as we had already moved hundreds of miles to our new home, he made the process as easy as if we were there. He had an excellent local knowledge, knowing the appropriate pricing to use and how to market the home. He suggested possibly using "staging" but as he sold the house DAY ONE it was unnecessary! Every time I tried to contact him he either answered immediately or got back to me within minutes. He negotiated a deal for us we were very happy with, even better than we had hoped for. Every aspect of this process was EASY and NOT stressful, and I am the KING of stress, trust me. Write down that name, BRIAN WRUCK, seriously, he is that good, his office is that good!

It was a really pleasant experience to work with Brian (and Ami!). Brian patiently explained all the steps of the process and was always available to answer questions and help in any way. Ours was a complicated purchase and unusual situation and Brian navigated this situation with competence and good humor.
