We had an excellent experience working with Dan & Nancy to sell our mom's home. Dan & Nancy took the time to listen, to give us relevant data & candid assessments. They made an honest effort to understand our goals and our limits. This was the first time we've sold a home and Dan was always patient & thorough with our many questions. Dan's local experience was essential to understanding our home's value at a time of much market fluctuation, and in analyzing the offers we received. Dan's industry connections & resources were essential to getting the last minute repairs completed in a very short time frame. The process was not easy, but Dan & Nancy both jumped when it was necessary to make every cog fall in place.

Dan is very helpful and honest person. Will recommend him to anyone I know. When something wasn't done correctly by someone Dan recommended he was on the phone making sure it was corrected. He was always there when needed.

Dan and Nancy Hawkins were absolutely fabulous to work with. They were the listing agent for the property we purchased as well as our agents on the buying side. The transaction was very simple and straightforward. Whenever I called with a question Dan ALWAYS answered his phone. The property was in Shaver which is an hour away, and Dan was great at accommodating us when we wanted to go up and take measurements or show our family, he even helped us move some items!
