Beth Carbone is a TRULY AMAZING real estate professional, and my husband and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat! She is the perfect balance between being a real go-getter while also being considerate of your wants, needs, and personal boundaries. She's professional and direct and knows exactly what she's doing. Yet, she is also warm and funny, while continually striving to grow and learn along the way. You get the feeling you are working with one of the best in the business, and it doesn't take long to see how she got there. She's incredibly self-motivated and works really hard to get results! She has a knack for truly listening to what you want, and then she is on it. You'll never have to say what you're thinking twice. Lol. There are many aspects we love about Beth, but one thing we truly appreciated was her outstanding communication with us via emails, texts, and phone calls. We simply can't say enough about her and would recommend her to anyone!

Like everyone selling a home, I wanted to get the most I could from the sale of my townhouse so I knew it was essential to find the right realtor. I searched for someone who lived and worked in Hollister and who was acquainted with my neighborhood. I found Beth Carbone and was so happy that my search ended with her. My townhouse was clean and had a lot of pluses, but I was worried that it did not really stand out. Beth was talented at staging it with only a few items that made it look elegant. (I wish I could have her as a decorator for my new home.) She went right to work selling it, and had an offer of full asking price within two days of the listing and was in contract on the third day. The buyer wanted information I did not have, and Beth put in some extra time searching with me for information to provide him. She patiently walked me through the sales process and we closed in 21 days. I will absolutely call Beth if I have real estate needs in the future!

I have been working with REALTORS for much of my lifetime as an investor and then there is Beth Carbone! I live in CT and based on her reviews I reached out to her in support of an elderly relative who lived in a low income community. As it sounds it should have been easy, but it was nothing short of a miracle. Beth acted as she was selling our multi million dollar property and this property was not even sell-able. Not even enough commission for an overnight getaway... Yet she went above and beyond to help our ill relative through this process. Beth guided her, drove her around and helped her cope with a major life change of moving back home to the east after 50+ years living in California! If Beth could have been given 100 stars it would not be enough. This is our first business transaction together, but not the last. A lifetime friend for sure! If you need someone who is fantastic, can make magic out of a mess or just an ultimate compassionate pro, Beth is who to call!

Beth did an awesome job representing me as a seller. She knew it was difficult and emotional for me. She basically handled everything from property comps to negotiating and ALL the paperwork. She is caring, however, a no-nonsense person. I would recommend Beth to get the job done anytime.

Beth kept me updated until the closing day. She showed me a list of sold mobile homes to compare prices. She shared her knowledge of mobile home park rules. She had recently sold others in the same mobile home park. She was very respectful and demonstrated well awareness of all regulations at the trailer park.
