Allison saved us from a difficult situation after our buyer backed out on the last day of escrow because of the repercussions of the coronavirus. She said she could get our house sold quickly and for more than we were originally supposed to receive from the first sale. We were hesitant at first but she was so self-assured that we decided to let her try. Within 10 days she had four solid offers all for more than our asking price, two were cash offers! Two weeks after we accepted one of the offers, Escrow closed and the proceeds from the sale were in our bank account. Allison was tenacious, diligent, and got us a great deal with a short escrow and all in the middle of a pandemic!!
