David is perhaps one of the hardest-working human beings I have ever met. He would show us a house at 10 o'clock at night so we don't miss the offer deadline. But most importantly, I can place my complete trust in David's judgment and integrity. I believe that he always has our best interest in mind. If he thinks a house is a bad choice, he will not shy away from telling us so. In fact, during our month-long search, there had been more than one occasion where David advised us to walk away from a house because of his knowledge about a certain neighborhood, or potential problems with a house. To be honest, when we started out looking for a home, I was one of those buyers suspicious of the value of a buyer's agent. After my experience with David, I am now a firm believer that a good buyer's agent is worth everything. I know David will be our guy when it's time for us to sell our current house or find the next one.

My wife and I bought our first home in America through David. We communicated the area, price and needs of the house to him and we ended up buying a house that was exactly right for us. In the process of becoming the owner of the house we wanted, David and his team did their best, and we moved in safely and are living happily ever after.
