Suzanne is excellent is all respects. Anybody can sell a home in our area, but Suzanne does the myriad of the little things that make a home sale and consequent move so much easier. Always available, always professional and with great advice that you didn't realize you needed. Highly recommend.

Suzanne was wonderful! She took on a very difficult project: my father passed away during the listing/sale of the property, and there was loads of personal effects in the home to sort though and get rid of, not to mention cleaning, re-painting, and staging. She was cool, sympathetic, and efficient. I was really surprised by how everything was handled so quickly! I couldn't have asked for a better experience during such a difficult time.

My wife and I worked with Suzanne to purchase our first home. Suzanne was responsive, professional, helpful, and understanding. We knew very little about the home-buying process when we started looking so we especially appreciated how Suzanne took the time to explain the process to us. We also really appreciated how Suzanne never rushed us and she always had our best interests in mind. Our budget was tight for finding a house in the Bay Area but Suzanne found us a lovely house in Redwood City that we are very happy with. She since helped us sell that home and buy another. We highly recommend Suzanne.
