Choosing Tom Martin as our agent was the best decision my husband and I made. Tom was always available to us for any questions and concerns we had. Whenever there was a home we liked, Tom immediately got us the disclosures so we could read and discuss any concerns we may have read. We recently closed escrow on a home that Tom found for us. We recently bought a home in Los Altos and we worked with Tom. We are so glad that we decided to go with Tom. His level of expertise and service was incredible. He has very through knowledge of Los Altos area, housing market, construction and what kind of effort goes in repair work. He was always available and responsive and we always felt they were representing our best interest. What was most useful was he used to send us list of homes with pros and cons of each home. He did walk through for most of the homes we were interested in and sent us detail report of home condition and provided insights on the price range which was usually close to selling price of homes. We were extremely pleased with his professional and personal attitude. Bottom line, he did a great job for us start to finish. We got the home we wanted and could not be happier.

Tom helped me through a large project that included renovating a house prior to sale. I was 500 miles away, Tom dealt with most of the day to day work. Got me the deal of the century when I sold the house. He's really easy to work with and doesn't drop a stitch at all.
