Lila is undoubtedly the best agent you could have, whether you're on the buyer or seller side. In my case, I was both. I had to sell my current condominium while simultaneously purchasing my new home, and there were number of time sensitive deadlines we had to hit to make the transactions continue moving forward with no hold-ups. Lila was 100% on top of it and found an excellent buyer for my current property at the time who was willing to pay what I ideally wanted. The transaction went smoothly; I was then funded and able to move forward with the purchase of my new home. Lila never pressured, never exaggerated, and never let up when it came to representing me. Lila is the real deal, absolute best you can get, and I won't work with anyone else for future real estate transactions, period!

She is very resourceful and one stop shop of all our inquiries and needs. Because of her relationships, not just with her fellow realtors but also with extended real estate industry such as lenders, insurance, architect, contractors etc, we never had to look anywhere else to seek advise on our other needs. We are able to buy our dream home in the area we were aiming at and it would not have been possible without Lila and her teams help!! She is super easy to work with. She is exceptionally good at understanding your needs/constraints and tailors the process to suit those needs. She has a dedicated team of associates (Robert and Niaz in my case) that are phenomenal, super helpful and guide you throughout the process. If there are any repairs or upgrades to be done, her team is super helpful in finding contractors and getting the work scheduled. She has a magical way of working with other selling agents that allows us to gauge the interest level. She is very transparent and honest. She highlights both the pros and cons of any house so you are fully aware. She generated an incredible amount of interest on the property. We ultimately ended up with multiple offers and we were very pleased with the offer we accepted. As a seller there are bunch of disclosures to sign/provide. Niaz helped us a lot with understanding and navigating through those. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell.

Lila is the best!!! Right from the beginning, she took great care to understand our requirements and needs. She is always ready to show you any home (even if it seems not to be in line with what we want). At the same time she is quite open about her own views on what works and does not work. She took about 5-6 homes to know exactly what we wanted (we had some very specific requirements). After that she spared no effort to make it happen. We did have a long wait (due to our needs and of course, budget), but she never relented. She is super positive and always cheerful. That helps especially when you feel dejected after looking at many homes and not finding the one. When we finally got our bid accepted, Lila did not stop there. She did everything to help us get settled in - recommending professionals, stores and companies. It has been six months and she still checks in every once in a while. We could not have asked for anyone better. Lila, you rock!!!
