8 months ago- Lauren Tracy is a pleasure to work with. She applies attention to every detail, knows the Mammoth real estate market very well, and works very hard to sell your property at the right price and as quickly as possible. Her use of online tools makes the escrow process go very smoothly without the need to be on site for all transactions. Our condo sale went through with out a single hiccup due to her diligence. She also represented both buyer and seller in our case and was adept at avoiding any conflicts of interest. I highly recommend her to represent any seller or buyer.

Lauren Tracy is absolutely great! She successfully sold my property for $100K + more than all the other realtors estimated. I interviewed over (7) popular agents and discussed the selling price on my condo. All the agents based their comps on the average selling price within my complex but not against nearby complexes. She listened to me regarding the benefits of my unit, close to a ski lift, more square footage and premiere view of the mountain, and she agreed with my price. She strategized on how to position my unit to maximize the selling price. The top two were aesthetic improvements and maximizing rental income. She put me in touch with a list of local vendors to improve my unit. Sure enough, after the number of key improvements in the unit ($13K), she maxed out the rent each month. The increase in rental income paid for the improvement cost. After 4 months on the market, we received a bid slightly under our asking price. Helped manage a smooth escrow and we closed on time.
