Greg Roberts did a fantastic job for us. This was for the sale of a residential condominium in connection with an estate. Greg figured out a strategy to sell the property quickly and maximize the proceeds. In the end, there were 24 offers in writing made, ultimately, the highest and best offer was $100,000 over asking and an all cash deal! The process was lightning fast, closing approximately 4 weeks after the property went live on the MLS. Gregs strategy was sound and he went above and beyond in every way. Greg responded to all questions posed to him by the executor and the beneficiaries of the estate timely and fully. Greg even put up smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors himself to make the property meet code and helped with the disposal of remaining furniture in the property. In sum, I believe Greg did a terrific job and I would wholeheartedly recommend Greg for any transaction in the South Bay area!
