Andrea was great to work with! As first-time buyers, we dreaded the house purchasing process, but she made things very easy and smooth. We closed on the very first house we made an offer on! Unheard of in this LA-pandemic market. We made an offer above the listing price, but right at the appraisal price or a bit lower. This house had a line of prospective buyers outside when we went to view it, and would have sold for much more it seems. She was kind, honest, and very knowledgeable about the area, having herself lived in the area for years. She went above and beyond-- from assisting us in making the offer (providing tips that will help it get accepted) to helping us out with many different things even after closing, which we appreciated given the complications brought on by the pandemic and dealing with little ones at home. She moved quickly, was very efficient, and always straightforward with us. We loved our experience with her. It was so painless, and we would work with her again.
