I am writing in regards to my experience with Gloria Bumanlag as our families real estate agent. We are recent transplants from out of state and were referred to Gloria by a dear friend. Gloria was very warm and friendly from the start. She listened to our needs and made herself available to us. She was very responsive to making a good solid offer when we were ready. I felt confident that Gloria would guide us every step of the way. Gloria was our agent, but had to assume the role as the liaison between us and the home sellers that acted on their own behalf. Gloria seamlessly guided us through the process and the transaction was very smooth and rather stress free. We felt like we made a new friend in our new state with Gloria and we love our home. Gloria understands which actions lead to closing. She ensured that we understood the various steps of the process and the intention of each stage.
