Lori is such a pro, and a kind and trustworthy person in general. We fell in love with a house very early in our search (like Day 1!) and needed to move quickly. Lori did a fantastic job of helping us feel great about our decision, spent extra time with us at the house, and gave us reasonable, grounded advice that ultimately made ours the winning bid. She continued to follow up through the loan process, helped us secure a quick close, and followed up after we moved in. We said a couple of times that we almost wished the process hadnt moved so fast, because we loved spending time with Lori. We look forward to referring her to our family and friends, because we know they will be in excellent hands.

I was lucky enough that the broker who showed me the first condo I looked at physically (spent much time web hunting) was Erin Kelly from The Olsen Team. She was fabulous; showed me 3 condos despite not having scheduled it, educated me quickly as to the the market, and most importantly guided me to the winning bid and then the closing on the condo I wanted. Not easy in a rising market. The Olsen Team was behind Erin with great service, and the whole thing went smoothly. The night I came home after seeing the first 3 condos , I was a little discouraged. My son sad "Pops, you should hire the Olsen Team, they're world class." Then I looked at Erin's email and realized I had. And now I know he was right as well.
