My name is Scott Parrott, I've lived and worked in Temecula for the last 25 years. I recently joined Coldwell Banker to focus my attention on just sales. The past 15 years I've owned and run a successful property management business catering to homes in the Temecula Valley. I have a lot of experience with investment homes and what makes a successful investment. During my time in real estate I've been through many ups and downs in the market so I know what it takes to survive in real estate. I started my real estate career focusing on VA/FHA buyers so I have plenty of knowledge to help VA and FHA buyers.
