Susan worked incredibly hard to help us with an extremely challenging sale. The house is a hand made adobe built circa 1950. It is unique in every possible sense, some good, some not so good. She helped us every step of the way including deciding what work was worth doing and what not and especially in staging the house so that potential buyers could see the possibilities in the property. She also helped us make sure we had fully disclosed every possible wart in the property. She has a completely down to earth no BS style that give potential buyers confidence. they are getting a fair deal. She works well with buyer's agents and warned us away from possible situations that would have wasted our time. There were a number of complications that could easily have been deal killers that Susan helped get us through. We couldn't possibly have sold the house without her help. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Susan was our son and daughter-in-laws agent, she worked tirelessly with them in finding their first home.
