This was our first home purchase. We were told about this awesome realtor name Zen Ziejewski. After our first meeting with Zen, we knew in our heart we wanted him to represent us. Zen and his team operate at the highest levels of the profession. They provide full service from beginning to end including, on the seller side, help with staging the house, landscaping, marketing, showings and ultra creative negotiations and effective communication. I estimate that we received at least $25-30k more because of his experience and expertise, more than paying for his fee. On the buyer side, (the Z-team handled both sides for me), they were very knowledgeable about the market, responsive to requests to view homes and extremely diligent at each step of the process to ensure careful execution. Nothing was left undone. I could rest assured that Zen was on top of it and if a hiccup happened, which always happens, hed work night and day to fix it. We had a very complex set of demands for our deal. He found the right buyer and worked with our seller to thread the needle and make it all work. Weve used Zen twice to buy houses now and wed happily use him the next time.
