Having worked with Cyrene as our agent on both the sell side and buy side, this review is long overdue. We were ready to sell our house but didn't have an agent. We gave Cyrene a call & that simple act was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Cyrene came over the next day with her market comparison analysis & walked us through the whole selling process, details to the level of what day & time of the week to put the house on market, how many pictures she will post to drive in traffic, & how to price it right to perk peoples interest.
