We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new home with our agent Lillian. She was beyond highly professional and patient with the sellers of the home we purchased. They were extremely difficult sellers but she made the experience smooth and all went quite well. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase a home. She is kind and patient and diligent. We received all paperwork in a timely manner and she was easy to reach when we had any questions. I sincerely hope that we will be mot only clients but friends for a very long time.

Excellent job in selling our home. Our house was upside down in value due to market crashing in 2008. But recently with the help of Lillian's professionalism and advice on increasing our home value, we were able to sell our house above what we owed in mortgage in a time where selling was not optimal.
