Anissa Burnley

Anissa received her B.A. from UC Berkeley, a J.D. at George Washington University Lawl and practiced law for over twenty years in commercial real estate and antitrust class action litigation, as well as acting as compliance and legal in-house counsel for construction and civil engineering companies on international projects. In her personal and professional career, Anissa has traveled extensively advising clients in China, Australia, Europe and Southeast Asia. She also lived and worked in Hong Kong, the UK and Australia and has received her solicitor's license in the latter two. Anissa is a member of Leading Women in Technology, Association of Corporate Counsel, National Association of Professional Women, Law Societies in the UK and Australia, State Bars of Massachusetts and New York. Born at Alta Bates in Berkeley and raised in the East Bay and Northern Peninsula, she has maintained a passion for real estate since she purchased her first home in the Piedmont Avenue neighborhood.
