I have both purchased AND sold a home through Marlene. My husband and I would have been completely overloaded with stress if she hadn't kept us on track and walked us through both processes with ease. The Bay Area market was quite intimidating to us and Marlene was very patient. She must have shown us more than thirty homes. We never felt rushed or as though we were inconveniencing her when we reached out with questions or wanted to see another house. When selling our home, Marlene had contacts with people who do excellent and quick handiwork. It sold quickly and we were able to concentrate entirely on our relocation to a different state. In addition to being a stellar realtor, Marlene is an unbelievably nice and genuine person who puts your best interests first. She won't quit until you find or sell that home. Marlene is AMAZING! She helped us buy and sell our first home and we couldn't have done it without her. She was there for us every step of the way since both buying & selling were new for us.
