I am a simple person, meaning I love to really break things down. I enjoy working with all people from the experienced buyer or seller to the fresh faces that need hand held guidance. I will navigate you through the latest market trends. This is my 20th year being an agent and my 9th year as an owner. The opportunity to teach fellow agents helps me stay on top of my game. The thing I love the most about Real Estate is not about having a job its about having a career! I love that I have the ability to give back and to be able to share the American dream, the chance to interact and become a family friend to so many. But thats the fun part of this. A realtor's true Job is making sure you understand the process, pros and cons, negotiate terms and price, coordinate inspections, set up title, get reports, schedule repairs, appraisal issues, navigate disclosures and explain them, get inspections done and so so much more.
