I received my Real Estate licence in Hawaii in 1979, Moved to Lake Tahoe and received my California Real Estate license in 1984. I have been selling Real Estate with Coldwell Banker since 1992 in Carmel California. I am a native, born in Carmel and raised on the Monterey Peninsula. I know many locations and neighborhoods that most agents will never know or be familiar with. I was a top producer for many years of my career but now I commit my time to referrals or clients with a need for a Real Estate Consultant. I enjoy helping first time Buyers and Buyers that need to learn our area, but my real passion is marketing homes for sale from preparing the home to walking my client through the process, selling, escrow and closing!
