I have the highest regard for Elaine's work. She helped me buy two properties in Palm Springs and sell another. All these transactions went very smoothly and quickly. She has an excellent sense of market conditions and prices properties realistically for buyers and sellers. She also has a sharp eye for potential pitfalls. Buying and selling property can be stressful. Elaine is excellent at the hand-holding that buyers and sellers sometimes need and helps walk you through the cumbersome process. She's a gem!

We were moving from CT to CA, & Elaine Stewart sent us some photos of homes for sale. We did not want to buy, until we arrived in CA, We met her on Thursday 6/22/18, and she was only able to show us 4 homes, since 6 homes had just gone into escrow. We saw the fourth home, knew right away it fit our needs, and made an offer on the home. The seller agreed on our offer, and within 3 hours, we were able to meet our new realtor, make an offer, & have it accepted by the seller. Elaine goes the extra mile, to make it happen. She was outstanding in keeping us informed through the whole process in contract, & with escrow. She kept in contact with us daily, as needed, to explain how everything was coming along. Elaine, I want to thank you so much for the help you gave us in selling my folks home. Your knowledge of the Palm Springs area was spot on, which allowed us to get maximum value, in a short period of time. More important than the final dollar amount was the care and understanding in which you worked with our parents. At their advanced age and with us living in Chicago, we needed someone who could hold their hands a bit and give them comfort, and you were great at that. You truly were like an extension of our family, and that is not always easy to find. Elaine Stewart did a wonderful job handling the sale of our vacation home in La Quinta. As a second home and living out of the area Elaine made the process seamless.
