Dick and Narlene were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us sell our home. This transaction involved my parent's home and there were health and memory issues involved. They couldn't have been more understanding and helpful in dealing with these issues and I am forever grateful to them for this. I was involved in helping my parents but I am not local, so their proactive approach was definitely appreciated. To top off all of these issues, the pandemic lock down occurred just as the house was getting painted and staged (which they arranged and oversaw). I was very concerned about getting everything and everyone involved in the sale to show up and perform, but they managed to get it all done seamlessly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in the area.

The Keenan Carter Group, in particular, was amazing to work with as first time home buyers. The team was available any time we needed them. They found what we were looking for in no time and found us the perfect property that fit our budget and our needs immediately. We had closed on our condo within 40 days of when we started our search. She coached us through the whole home buying process with ease, and really went to bat for us regarding home repairs and working with the HOA at our condo. She would reply anytime day or night and was there supporting us even as she underwent a major surgery!! She's a total rockstar who goes above and beyond for her clients. They also had a moving truck that we got to use for FREE. The move took longer than we expected so it was great not only to have the truck but it took a lot of stress out of the move (it rained the whole time!) knowing we had a few days to get everything in order. I cannot recommend The Keenan Carter Group highly enough!
