Shivani has been wonderful to work with, and made the search for a home very smooth and easy. She made the process enjoyable with her humor, and made it much less stressful, with her being very organized and efficient. She made it possible to buy a home we loved quickly, with the budget we had, in spite of being discouraged by other agents before that its difficult to buy a house we want in this tough market. She has been very knowledgeable about everything needed into buying a house, right down to the little details, like noticing something about the house we missed. We felt confident about putting an offer because Shivani always gave us the information we needed. She has always been available to answer our questions and make us feel positive about our decisions. Even after we closed our house, she organized inspectors and contractors to come to our house to make the process of moving in even smoother. All in all, Shivani is amazing, and we highly recommend her.
