As a person who represents me eliminating one of my biggest debts I interviewed six real-estate agents, all had comps that were the same. As a seller I was aware of similar homes that were for sale and similar homes that had been sold. The dollar price between those numbers was substantial in most cases. I understand that agents will tell you that your home is worth a lot of money so they can represent you and get their share of a commission, that is O.K. as we all want to make money. I was making two mortgage payments needed my home sold. Lynn was the only agent who came ready to work , she had documents with her ready to sign and was going to list that evening. After reviewing similar properties that had not sold we agreed on a realistic price. She did three open house events. She represented the buyer and me the seller. Negotiation was simple and quick and through realistic pricing and her commitment to me and the buyer my home sold in about 75 days.

I highly recommend Lynn Trice. She is very knowledgeable and also very considerate and responsive to what your personal needs and circumstance might be. She listed my house one day and had it listed on the multiple listings by the next day. My house was under a rather different situation but it sold within 4 days.
