Working with James made for a very confident buying experience. From the beginning James was professional and prompt in aswering all the many questions we had. He was patient in the number of times we wanted to see different houses. Its very apparent that James is knowledgeable in house contruction and made it a point to make sure we got a good inspector to fix things. Paperwork was easy thanks to the e-documents which made it overall less stressful. He gave an overview of the house buying process and reminded of each next step needed.

My wife had inherited a lot in Ridgecrest. We live in the LA area and were not that familiar with Ridgecrest. Needless to say we contracted and listed with 2 different brokers the past couple of years but to no avail. We happened upon James and decided that he might be the right guy to get it done..............and he was. We listed with him and within 6 weeks we had an offer. He was diligent in keeping us informed of the process and making sure all the paperwork, escrow, and title was handled without a hitch. My wife and I have handled numerous real estate transactions over the years and not one person compares to James. You will not go wrong putting your trust in him.
