Cheryl did an excellent job for me. She explained everything patiently, followed up when I asked questions. She consistently went the extra mile, picking up paint for touch up work and finding an electrician when the sellers agent encountered difficulties. She was professional and enjoyable to work with, and the selling of the house went smoothly.
