Annaliese Quisisem

Annaliese has been my Realtor when Ive sold 2 homes. The first time was in 2008, in the middle of the mortgage crisis. This year we decided to sell our home as COVID-19 struck. Needless to say Annaliese did an amazing job both times. She is very tech savvy (but can go analogue when need be), is a marketing maven, and negotiates aggressively on our behalf. Because of her experience she was able to bring us an offer quickly, negotiate the transaction and close the home with ease in the middle of a pandemic. She keeps a cool head and we knew she was on our side from start to finish. Thanks Annaliese!

My family has known Annaliese for years, so when it came time for my girlfriend and I to look for a new home, we knew exactly who to call. Words cannot describe how phenomenally hard of a worker Annaliese is; she made herself available to all our myriad questions every step along the way. My husband and I discovered Petaluma about 15 years ago while still living on the East Coast. We met Annaliese then but didn't end up moving until 5 years later. We are only just about to close on our first home purchase with Annaliese this month.
