A big concern I had was selling my property while I was living several hours away in another city. He was super helpful, going to check on the property and arranging all the staging and photography, even going out to check on painting and repairs, so I didnt have to stress out and make extra trips to the property. Once we put the house on the market he hosted open houses, put out flyers, posted on social media and it went really fast. He blew away any expectations I had on what Id get for the property.
