Laura has the knowledge of our market only a local can have. She guided us through preparing to sell, really a project manager! Her responsiveness to all questions and situations was impeccable. Laura did a great job in helping us sell our house. Her advice on what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale was spot-on, as was her pricing. In addition, she was incredibly responsive. Whenever I contacted her with a question or request that she do something, Laura would respond within minutes.

Laura did an excellent job with a somewhat involved sale. Very responsive, very knowledgeable, and since I was selling after moving out of the area she took care of all the local coordination in the prep. This is the first time I feel like I did a good job shopping for and selecting an agent and was completely satisfied with the result. Very highly recommended.
