I have been successfully selling real estate in San Diego since October 2000. Opened my own Brokerage in 2014. The last 6 years, I managed between 50-60 properties while selling homes. I resigned, I love "selling" homes more than "managing" homes. Originally from St. Louis, MO, I have a Bachelors in Criminal Justice and a Masters in Legal Studies. I am extremely detailed, bringing class & professionalism to real estate. I believe in continuing a relationship with my clients well past the closing table. As a Seller’s Agent I help my clients choose the best price & marketing strategies as well as getting their homes ready prior to listing from minor touch ups to staging. As for buyers, I will guide them through the escrow process, work as a team with the lender to ensure a smooth transaction. After 24 years, my team brings a wealth of knowledge & experience to the table. We have an established track record, great communication & performance which results in a closed transaction.
