George Bandak

My husband and I started the process fo selling our house in San Diego November of 2019. I went on the web looking for the best realtor in San Diego and then I received a call from George Bandak. Once the house was fixed to sell, George held open houses right away and was great at communicating updates with us. We had multiple offers and ended up selling well above what we thought we would get. This is all George. He got us that number and he made sure the process was as smooth as it could be. I underestimated how difficult it would be to sell your house when you are not in the same state. If it wasnt for George this would not have been possible. We did everything over the phone and have yet to meet in person! Through four months of working together I can tell you that some of his greatest attributions are that he is a consistent communicator. we are forever grateful for George Bandak! You cannot go wrong with choosing him as your Realtor!

I first met George in the Summer of 2012. He was having an open house in my neighborhood. I stopped in because I was dreaming of buying a larger home to accommodate our grandchildren when they come to visit. I didn't have our finances in order and really wasn't ready to make a move. I never forgot George. I could tell he was a go getter. My husband and I were driving around the following Easter and we found a house we might be interested in. I phone George and he was willing to meet us there on Easter Sunday. It was amazing. George worked with us to get our house Sold. We now live in our beautiful new home and count George as close friend!

He worked around our busy schedule and just after a month (I think we must have visited almost 100 houses!!!) he found the perfect home for us! My husband and I really wanted to explore all the options and made the best decision. George is very friendly, extremely proactive and always available! He is very organized and helped us throughout the whole process of escrow. In short, he is amazing, and we thank him so much for all the efforts!"
