McKinley helped me purchase our home in Temecula 10 years ago and due to a lost of life in our family, we were financially drained and could not get any relief from our mortgage company which lead up to an upside-down mortgage. Once McKinley got the listing, he immediately acted...finding the right approved buyer(s), and getting the transaction closed. In fact, McKinley had the property off the market and in escrow in 9 days! He ended up getting the highest price, for the lowest square footage...creating a record that had not been set years past! Beyond getting his job done, he stepped in aand took care of problems that were not his responsibility but needed to be done. He truly went the extra mile and did not complain or point fingers he just got it done... well as the applied laws. He handled the ins and out of my Seller's transaction very professionally!
