onya was very responsive to our needs & got quick answers to all our questions, if she didn't already know them when we asked. Our house actually sold before the for sale went up because she got the word out to all the other realtors as soon as we signed with her. We had 12 showings the first two days after we signed the paperwork listing the house. Tonya made sure we had quality inspectors for our house,with her handling all the extra phone calls, being there so we could still go to our jobs with no worries. I'm amazed that we sold our house $20,000 over what most other houses in the area were selling for and in just two days! She is the Best!
