Hailey Rohan

Hailey was our girl! My family relocated from the Bay Area for a slower pace and new job. At first, we weren't sure exactly what we wanted. Hailey knows the area very well. She was able to show us many different neighborhoods and styles of homes around Humboldt. Pretty quickly we realized we wanted something with character. It was originally listed for $589k. It had been on the market for almost a year. Hailey was able to negotiate down to $450k and even got the tenant in the guest house out before our move-in date. We were concerned the house would be dirty so she had it professionally cleaned and also left us a gift certificate to our new favorite restaurant and wine bar down the street.
