Licensed since 1993, my extensive experience and warm relationships with most agents greatly benefits my clients who often receive special treatment from those agents, inspectors and trades people.
While I have sold many residential properties, I have also done many probate and trust sales. My team and I can organize and supervise any preparation or remodeling work that you are willing to do prior to sale.
As an owner of my own rentals in SF, I have a good knowledge of rent control and have sold many tenant occupied properties.
