Theres so much competition and the process is fierce. I bought a property about 2 years ago in Potrero Hill and Tims expert negotiation skills got us into the property and we beat out 5 other offers in a multiple offer situation. Unfortunately due to a job transfer we had to sell our home we just got into. Tim and his team came in covering every aspect from painters to stagers, all the while we were out of state, it was such an easy process to just hand them the keys and know we are in good hands. During the selling process the market took a crazy dip and the approach and navigation that ensued allowed us to sell our home for a profit when we thought wed only break even. Given all the complexities and steep learning curve on how this area works, it was a god send to have these experts guide me through to the very end. First time Seller and first time working with a real estate agent. My experience I had turned out great. Since Im new to selling I can only attest to how working with Real Estate Advisor and the team performed. Initially when meeting with Tim he has a great energy and you know after a few minutes talking to him that hes an expert and really enjoys what he does. As he says I love to negotiate. Play by play: Initial meeting he outlined high-level with recommendations and why. Kicking off the listing his team went into action bringing in all the right vendors like a painter, carpet cleaner, staging etc. and I didnt lift a finger. On market my property looked AMAZING with professional photos and interactive walk through with local snapshots of the actual neighborhood. End result is I am impressed with everything.
