We listed our home in Cambrian with Matt in January, 2019. Our home was on the market for 5 days when it sold. How did this happen? When we had our listing interview with him he walked through the home and had specific suggestions how to prepare it for market, right down to the paint brand, colors and sheens to use. He handled every step of market preparation. He lined up all of the home inspections and repairs. He suggested an incredible handyman team for doing minor plumbing and electrical repairs. The home was in our deceased mother's living trust. Matt's extensive knowledge of selling properties held in trust helped us to avoid so many landmines. His knowledge of pricing and price negotiation was first rate. He put a price on it that brought in multiple offers. The bottom line: the sale went smoothly from start to finish thanks to his guiding hand and we were extremely happy with the price we fetched.
