We picked Eddie Santos to list our home in Hercules because he was local, really knew the real estate mkt in Hercules, and because he had the most aggressive marketing plan using social media, of any realtor we interviewed. He suggested a higher listing price than another realtor ($699,000 while the other realtor suggested $660,000). We were nervous at that aggressive pricing but went with Eddie's recommendation. The house sold for $700,000, just over the listing price, & sold within 10 days! Eddie helped us through the entire process, with local details like the required sewer inspection & the required gas shutoff valve, & who was the best local contractor to use for ea job, so we were able to complete our improvements during the escrow process.. All in all, it was a very smooth transaction, mostly because we were in the hands of a true professional. Eddie really earned his commission. Don't even think of selling a house in the Hercules or west Contra Costa area without him.Less
