Scott Waid

As a top-producing agent in the San Diego area since 2002, I have a unique set of skills that allow me to help a wide variety of people. With a background in finance, software consulting, teaching, and coaching, I provide analysis from a numbers perspective, am patient with questions that come up during the sales process, and love explaining all aspects of real estate. Having helped over 300 families, I have the experience needed to deal with all sorts of issues that come up in real estate transactions. I have lived in the San Diego North County Inland Area since 1977, and am extremely familiar with Scripps Ranch, Rancho Penasquitos, Sabre Springs, Carmel Mtn Ranch, Poway, and Rancho Bernardo. These areas are known for their great schools, where my teaching background sets me apart from others when providing analysis and insight. While a top producer, I still maintain a hands on approach with my clients. I enjoy getting to know my clients, and most become life-long friends.
