Even though I lived in Alhambra, we decided to use Bryan because she trusted him and knew his expertise. This felt much better than trying to find a stranger to us. We knew he could handle a longer distance listing, and we weren't disappointed. He took the time to get to know my neighborhood, studied the local comps, and came to see us just as I was getting ready to move out, even though it was probably the worst smoke day of the September fires. He looked over the house, and helped us set a very nice price. Just as he predicted, we got several offers, 4 in fact, with the first few days.
