I was owner of the house in the Golf Brookside Country Club in Stockton, CA. for over 20 years. Elwood was my listing agent and successful sold my property with very nice price. He and I physically and closely work together as agent and customer relationships. He is top excellent agent as follows. 1) He is Knowledgable and experienced. He is on time. 2) He is honest and ethical and trustworthy. 3) He is not money hungry, compared with other agents who only care their own profit especially through double end commissions instead of seller's benefits. 4) He did very nice ad and including but not limited to flyers/3D and virtual pictures/slides/videos/special custmer made website, everywhere include Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Realtor, Metro, MLS especially including San Francisco and San Jose Bay Area and LA metropolitan areas. Whole review would not fit

Elwood did a great job for me, selling my house in Stockton. I live in the Bay Area, so I needed to work with an agent I could trust. From listing to showing to closing, everything went pretty smoothly. When minor issues came up, Elwood kept me informed and advised me well. I'd work with hem again.

Definitely five stars for Elwood! He helped me sell a property that I no longer want in my portfolio. From the beginning, he was prompt, easy to deal with and on top of things. Everything was done through the phone or email. He kept me up to date on every step and took care of all the uncertain things that inevitably popped up. i would definitely seek his help again on my next sale.

Elwood for sure made my job real easy. I bought a house and sold a house through Elwood and it was such an easy process! I still had to do some paperwork on my behalf but Elwood made everything easy to understand and took care of most of it. Elwood kept me updated on everything that happened. I would, no doubt, recommend you to do business with Elwood!
