Tom Bashe

Born and raised throughout Southern California, primarily in the Temecula Valley, Tom has expansive knowledge of the Inland Empire. As a youth, he developed a passion for real estate while visiting open houses with his parents. He loved the different styles of homes and how people chose to style them, and he became hooked. Tom received his real estate license before graduating high school. At the age of 20, he passed the broker’s exam, and in 2006, at the age of 21, he became one of the youngest real estate brokers in the industry. From 2009 to 2015, Tom’s main focus was real estate investing. He became a master negotiator, learned how to analyze properties to determine current and future values, and how best to market properties throughout Southern California — all skills that now help him advise clients to reach their real estate goals and, in turn, set them up to create more wealth.
