Donna was great to work with. She's a real people person and knows the market. She was especially helpful in selling our house in Lynn Ranch since she also lives in that neighborhood. She was able to tell us work works in attracting buyers and what doesn't. She also negotiated a purchase price that was just $5,000 under asking. Her biggest asset, at least to us, was her ability to keep us calm while the house was on the market and in escrow. We are worriers, and had plenty of questions and concerns about every step of the process. She kept reassuring us that the house would sell, and while we were in escrow, she was able to keep a lid on our anxiety. Looking back, the process went as smoothly as it did because of her expertise. She really knows her stuff
