Carlos deserves 100+ Stars. He way exceeded our expectations. Being that we live in San Diego and the home was in Rancho Cucamonga, I anticipated that I would need to drive back and forth multiple times to address any issues that may arise. As expected, issues did arise, but Carlos handled each issue the moment it presented itself without question and did way more than was required of him. He held an open house each weekend until the house was sold. I believe it was 5-6 times. When the house did sell, he even personally delivered all the knickknacks, wall hangings, photos and fragile items to assure nothing got misplaced and/or broken. We did not need to drive there even once during the whole selling transaction. If you are looking for a relator who exudes extreme professionalism, with a driven desire to do all he can for his clients, look no further than Carlos Silva. He is on top of his game!
